Senior ML/GenAI Engineer

GlobalLogic seeks a Senior ML/GenAI Engineer to develop and optimize Large Language Models for chatbot applications. This role focuses on designing cutting-edge conversational AI solutions and integrating them into enterprise platforms using the latest AI technologies.

• Design and implement chatbot solutions using Large Language Models such as OpenAI GPT API or similar frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot solutions into existing platforms and workflows
• Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for performance, accuracy, and user engagement
• Build and optimize RAG and vectorized databases
• Monitor and evaluate chatbot application performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Stay current with AI, machine learning, and NLP developments
• Develop and maintain documentation for ML models, deployment details, and performance metrics
• Work with data engineers on data availability and quality for training
• Implement security measures for sensitive information processing
• Participate in pre-sales activities including developing ML offering materials and client engagement

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and NLP with focus on LLM-based applications
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML models
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs for chatbot integration
• Familiarity with Git and ML development tools (Jupyter Notebooks, MLflow)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments

Preferred:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Certifications in machine learning or cloud architectures
• Open-source contributions in ML/NLP domain
