Head of Affiliates - Lat AM

AzuraInfinity is a fast-growing international iGaming company seeking a Head of Affiliates to own and lead full affiliate strategy across LATAM. This leadership role involves developing high-quality partner relationships, driving revenue growth through smart traffic acquisition, and building scalable processes in the region.

• Own and lead the full affiliate strategy across LATAM markets
• Develop and scale high-quality partner relationships
• Drive revenue growth through smart traffic acquisition
• Monitor and optimize traffic quality with focus on NGR
• Work closely with Product, CRM, VIP, and Fraud teams
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Build structure, processes, and potentially manage an affiliate team

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate management
• Strong expertise in LATAM markets (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, etc.)
• Experience working on the product side as a direct advertiser (preferred)
• Deep understanding of traffic economics, LTV, and retention impact
• Existing relationships with key partners in the region
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
