IT Recruiter

QA Madness is a European IT service company specializing in QA and cybersecurity, founded in 2013 and headquartered in Poland. We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical sectors.

• Manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all candidate levels
• Find unique solutions to attract, source, close, and retain passive and active candidates
• Contact industry partners for candidate referrals
• Identify and screen potential candidates from both IT and non-IT sectors
• Organize and conduct online interviews
• Create talent pipelines for current and future hires
• Manage the company's candidate database
• Set up candidate interviews with Hiring Managers
• Measure and record conversion rates

• 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer
• Ability to reach out to different types of candidates, both technical and non-technical, and engage with them
• Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems
• Understanding of sourcing approaches, tools, and various sourcing channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Good analytical skills
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
