Tablet Press Operator (Full-time) - Overnight Shift

The Tablet Press Operator is an entry-level overnight manufacturing role focused on operating production machinery, following safety and quality procedures, and ensuring smooth production line performance.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
- Complete quality checks and record production/quality data.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse work.
Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs; able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Language: Basic proficiency in English; able to read, write, and understand English.
Preferred: Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes.
Technical: Comfortable using computers or tablets; basic math and mechanical understanding.
Traits: Strong attention to detail; team-oriented; dependable.
Environment: Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
Conditions
Schedule: 3rd shift (overnight), Sunday night to Friday morning, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM; some weekends/overtime depending on business needs.
Onboarding: 4–5 day onboarding program during first week, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Compensation: Approx. $23.00–$23.60/hour (includes $3.00/hour shift differential); performance-based incentives may apply.
