Qoders Family is seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to join their team. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions while collaborating with hiring managers and maintaining positive candidate experiences.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and specifications
• Communicate with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience
• Present qualified candidates in a timely manner
• Select relevant candidates according to job requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment
• Completed HR/Recruitment courses
• English level: Upper-Intermediate
• Experience in closing both technical and non-technical positions
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to select relevant candidates according to job requirements
