Summary
ZONE3000 is an international IT company with over 2200 employees seeking an IT Sourcer to join their passionate recruitment team of nearly 30 professionals. In this role, you will be the bridge between qualified IT professionals and their dream jobs, using various sourcing techniques to identify and connect with candidates across professional and social media networks.
What you'll do
- Perform various sourcing techniques including Boolean search and X-Ray to identify qualified candidates
- Develop recruitment networks and connect with potential candidates on professional and social media platforms
- Draft and send recruitment emails to prospective candidates
- Contact shortlisted candidates and schedule screening appointments
- Conduct online pre-screening interviews when required
- Track and maintain progress of the recruitment pipeline
- Represent the company and negotiate cooperation terms with candidates
- Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create effective search strategies
- Execute market analysis reviews
- Maintain databases and generate related reports
Requirements
- At least Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Understanding of the IT industry
- General understanding of the recruitment process
- Experience with Boolean and X-Ray search techniques
- Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool
- Flexibility and multitasking abilities
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and involvement
- Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections
- Quick learning and adaptation skills
- Energy, optimism, and winner attitude
- Plus: Previous experience in similar IT recruitment role
- Plus: Completed IT Recruiting Courses
