Full-Stack Software Developer

SimilarDev is seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer as their first engineering hire to join alongside the founding CTO. You will own core parts of the stack, help shape system architecture, and establish the engineering culture for a company with momentum and early-stage opportunity.

• Own core parts of the full-stack system
• Help shape and define system architecture
• Build and scale modern full-stack products
• Establish and lay the foundation for engineering culture
• Work with multimodal GenAI models and agentic workflows

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and MongoDB
• Proven ability building and scaling modern full-stack products
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-native dev tools (Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, etc.)
• Proven experience with multimodal GenAI models and agentic workflow architectures
• Builder's mindset - thoughtful, curious, and driven to turn ambitious ideas into real, working systems
