Python Developer Enterprise Banking Project

CrunchCode is seeking an experienced Python Developer for an enterprise-level banking project in the EU. The role focuses on backend development of scalable, API-driven services with high standards of performance, security, and maintainability in a modern architecture.

• Develop and maintain Python backend services
• Build and improve REST APIs
• Design reliable and scalable backend solutions
• Contribute to architecture, performance, and integration quality
• Write automated tests and ensure production-grade reliability

• 5+ years Python development experience
• 4+ years building REST APIs
• 2+ years hands-on FastAPI experience
• Strong understanding of databases and ORM
• Experience with asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT authentication
• Experience with Redis or caching solutions
• Experience with automated testing (pytest or similar)
• Nice to have: Flask experience and background in enterprise-scale environments
