Junior- Scrum Master

Cintel, Inc. is a small business supporting U.S. Government clients across software development, cyber security, data science, and programmatic support. The Junior Scrum Master will execute Scrum practices and coach Agile teams to deliver product outcomes, improve processes, and remove impediments. The role also advises government personnel on incremental improvements and standardization opportunities.

• Execute Scrum methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Guide teams in Agile methodology, reinforce team rules, and facilitate progress toward team goals.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies and meetings; remove blockers and promote Agile quality practices.
• Build and motivate a high-performing team and coordinate with other teams.
• Support ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and estimation activities; provide feedback and improvement recommendations.
• Lead regular Agile sessions such as team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
• Advise government personnel on incremental changes for continuous improvement in products, services, and process standardization.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience providing feedback and driving continuous improvement.
