What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive Growth strategy
- Scale online sales, optimize funnels, and manage paid advertising
- Oversee digital channels: SEO, CRM, performance marketing
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize conversion rates and ROI
- Lead and manage the marketing team
- Strengthen brand positioning and launch new marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing / performance / growth
- Strong expertise in building and scaling marketing funnels
- Analytical mindset with deep understanding of key metrics
- Experience managing budgets and leading teams
- Fluent Russian, Polish, or English at B1+ level or higher
