  • Implement workflow automation, carrier integrations, API enhancements, and reporting improvements to increase throughput and scalability.
  • Develop operational KPIs and leading indicators (cost efficiency, service reliability, speed to dispatch, carrier performance).
  • Deliver data-driven performance reporting to leadership, including margin and service-level insights.
  • Provide market-informed analysis separating internal operational impact from external rate/capacity changes; link findings to corrective actions.
  • Use operational data to support pricing strategy, cost-to-serve visibility, and continuous improvements.

  • Hands-on experience improving ERP and TMS platforms (optimization, workflow design, automation rollout, carrier integrations, reducing manual touchpoints).
  • Experience implementing dispatch automation and technology-driven workflow improvements to increase productivity and scalability.
  • Working knowledge of international shipping documentation and export execution (commercial invoices, packing lists, SLI coordination, EEI filing, export workflows).
  • Ability to create operational KPIs and clearly communicate performance changes net of market impacts.
