Senior Art Director - Brand - Remote

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Senior Art Director - Brand to drive the creation and implementation of integrated, high-impact brand campaigns. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver polished creative across multiple mediums while maintaining brand consistency.

• Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns from concept through final production across multiple creative mediums
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Produce and refine elevated design concepts with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and craft
• Contribute hands-on creative work across different portfolios and service lines
• Provide occasional oversight and direction to external agency partners
• Present work and share creative best practices with stakeholders and teams
• Work within established brand guidelines while finding fresh ways to express the brand and defend brand consistency
• Drive creative innovation by introducing new ideas, concepts, methodologies, and efficiencies

• 7 years of relevant experience in design, advertising, or a related industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Established portfolio demonstrating elevated design concepts across creative mediums and large integrated campaigns
• Experience in digital, video, rich media, motion, photography art direction, emerging media, and other creative/communications disciplines, including audio/sound
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Figma
• Experience with project-management platforms including Workfront
• Familiarity with visual AI tools such as Firefly, ChatGPT, and/or other LLMs
• Self-motivated with strong workload management and ability to deliver within timelines while maintaining high standards
• Strategic thinker and capable doer; able to present work and collaborate effectively

• Full-time, exempt position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• 100% remote; employee must live within the United States
