Field Manager- East Coast
Summary
SKIMS is a solutions-oriented apparel brand creating next-generation underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. The Field Manager (East Coast) will lead and grow the Designated Selling Associate (DSA) network across multiple regions by executing sales strategies, improving productivity, and driving sell-out performance. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Visual Merchandising to scale the multi-brand retail program.
What you'll do
Lead and manage a team of Multi-brand Retail DSAs to achieve organizational sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sell-out (e.g., contests, clienteling with personal shoppers, and driving event traffic).
Own and exceed location/door sales targets set by the Multi-Brand Retail Director and Account Executive.
Partner with the VM Manager to ensure front and back of house visual merchandising guidelines are executed in-store.
Recruit, train, coach, and retain DSAs to deliver exceptional customer service and strong sales performance.
Deliver quarterly and seasonal store training alongside DSAs; support development of an annual DSA training summit with the Director of Sales.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain understanding of customer interactions, sales, and transactions; provide monthly feedback and insights.
Collaborate with Multi-Brand Retail leadership and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to achieve goals and resolve issues.
Foster a positive performance culture through coaching, feedback, motivation, and recognition.
Requirements
Experience managing a team of DSA professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies that drive measurable growth.
Strong relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
Proficiency with data analytics tools to extract insights and support decision-making.
Ability to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and adapt quickly to changing demands.
Fashion and apparel or beauty replenishment experience.
Conditions
Location requirement: must be based in New York.
Travel requirement: approximately 70% travel time.
