Team Leader (.Net / Java / Delphi / Azure)

US-based company seeking a Team Leader for a complex enterprise-level SaaS project focused on safety and health insurance management in high-risk industries. Lead a distributed team of 10 developers while contributing to cutting-edge technology development in a remote, flexible work environment.

• Guide and manage a team of 10 developers
• Distribute work across the team and oversee project execution
• Perform full-stack development across desktop clients, backend services, data layer, APIs, and user interfaces
• Refactor modules to address weak spots and improve system performance
• Analyze requirements, suggest technical concepts, and assess development efforts
• Conduct code reviews and evaluate team member performance and contributions

Required Skills (at least one or more in each category):

• Backend: .Net, Java, or Delphi
• Frontend: React.js
• Other: REST API, MS Azure, Fluent English

Preferred Skills:

• Domain expertise in life-cycle assessment or strong passion for sustainability field
• Experience building web and cloud applications

Work Arrangement: Remote, distributed team, flexible schedule, full-time (40 hours per week)
