Associate Program Manager

Summary

Seven Bridges (Velsera) seeks an Associate Program Manager to support programs serving non-profit, advocacy, and government entities, including major NIH initiatives like the Cancer Genomics Cloud and BioData Catalyst. The role involves coordinating with senior Program Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution, clear priorities, and commitment fulfillment.

What you'll do

Support definition and tracking of program priorities; track action items and identify risks/blockers; assist with proposal development including coordinating inputs, timelines, and budgets; coordinate meetings and stakeholder communication; ensure program obligation fulfillment across teams; document user needs and workflows; help clients maximize value from Seven Bridges products

Requirements

MS or PhD in science/engineering or equivalent software/technology experience; familiarity with genomics, epidemiology, clinical trials, or biomedical data analysis; early-career experience in project/program coordination, research operations, consulting, or multidisciplinary environments; strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative mindset; organized, detail-oriented, proactive; ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
