Google is hiring a Recruiter for Platforms and Devices to help build teams across hardware, software, and AI initiatives. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and guiding candidates and hiring managers through an efficient, data-driven hiring process.
What you'll do
Partner with leaders across multiple client groups (e.g., Android Ecosystem and Chrome, Devices and Services, Apps, AIR, Photos/Google One, SRE, Commercial and Strategy Operations).
Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical and non-technical roles from intake and market mapping through offer negotiation and closing.
Execute advanced sourcing and creative recruiting strategies for specialized areas (hardware/silicon engineering, kernel development, AI/ML software engineering).
Use recruiting metrics and analytics to identify trends, assess hiring health, and provide actionable recommendations to hiring managers.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
2+ years of recruiting experience within an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting within a hardware or software engineering environment.
Preferred: 3+ years negotiating complex compensation packages in a competitive tech talent market.
Preferred: Ability to act as a strategic talent advisor, build strong partnerships, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Preferred: Strong accountability, work ethic, organization, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Conditions
Full-time role.
Not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
Work location preference options: Atlanta, Chicago, Mountain View, New York, Seattle.
