Sourcer

Airbnb is a global hospitality marketplace connecting guests with hosts offering unique stays and experiences worldwide. The Technical Sourcer will partner with product engineering and recruiting teams to identify and engage top frontend web and mobile engineering talent, improving hiring outcomes through strategic sourcing and data-driven pipeline management.

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for multiple roles
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels
• Research the competitive landscape to inform search strategy
• Create and run innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to meet hiring goals
• Engage, qualify, and support technical candidates through the recruiting process
• Drive and recommend improvements to recruiting processes
• Track leads and candidate progress with strong attention to detail
• Track and analyze pipeline and performance data and share insights with stakeholders
• Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism

• 5+ years of sourcing experience for a consumer-facing web startup with elite standards
• 3+ years of sourcing experience for web and mobile engineering roles
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and hire exceptional technical talent in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Expertise in creative and strategic sourcing across channels (web research, professional networks, community ecosystems, referrals, emerging platforms)
• Strong data proficiency to analyze funnel metrics, diagnose pipeline gaps, and adjust strategy based on performance insights
• Excellent interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM (preferred)
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates

• US remote-eligible role; may include occasional work from an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites as agreed with manager
• Must reside in a US state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (state eligibility/exclusions apply)
• Compensation includes base pay range and may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
