Hospitality Operations Manager | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is hiring a remote Hospitality Operations Manager (Lodging Manager) on an hourly contract basis. The role focuses on translating real-world lodging and hospitality operations into structured prompts and evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and realism.

• Design occupation-specific questions based on real lodging and hospitality management workflows.
• Translate hotel operations, guest services, staffing, and revenue management scenarios into structured prompts.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to lodging operations and managerial decision-making.
• Provide written feedback on accuracy, realism, and alignment with real-world hospitality practices.
• Ensure scenarios reflect operational standards within accommodation and food services businesses.
• Work independently while meeting defined quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.

• Strong full-time experience as a Lodging Manager.
• Professional background within accommodation, hospitality, or food services operations.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest experience management, and staff coordination.
• Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week.
