Senior Data Analyst

Seeking Alpha is the world's leading community of engaged investors, seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their data-driven organization. The role involves analyzing website and app user behavior, building dashboards, and providing actionable insights that drive company KPIs. You'll work in a flexible, remote-friendly environment where data informs every decision from the CEO down.

• Build and maintain dashboards visualizing feature usage and impact on company KPIs
• Answer questions about site usage and user behavior through deeper analyses
• Analyze and track high-level KPIs including conversion, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement, and cross-device usage
• Communicate analysis results and business recommendations to stakeholders
• Run complete data flow for features: define KPIs, specify data collection, build and maintain iterative dashboards
• Design A/B tests with clear success criteria, monitor test integrity, and analyze results
• Conduct segmentation and cohort analysis to validate conclusions
• Identify trends and opportunities through exploratory analysis

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Data Analyst in B2C website environments
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex and efficient analytical queries
• Demonstrated experience communicating with business stakeholders in English and explaining technical results
• Understanding of website development, operations, and data collection methods
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Experience with report writing, technical requirements analysis, business process modeling, and data modeling
