Recruiter

Whitesharkads is a performance-driven digital and affiliate marketing agency helping brands stand out online. We are seeking a Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for our growth team, collaborating with founders to build a strong workforce.

• Collaborate with founders to define candidate profiles, key skills, and success criteria for Media Buyer and future roles
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit for technical skills and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
• Maintain professional communication with all candidates and provide positive candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting for digital marketing, e-commerce, or tech sectors
• Mandatory experience closing Media Buyer positions
• English language proficiency B2+ level
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple open roles
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset

• Salary: $1,500-$2,500 USD monthly based on experience
