Summary

**Position:** Visual Designer **Type:** Hourly contract **Compensation:** $50–$70/hour **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10–40 hours/week **Role Responsibilities** * Write, review, and validate prompt\-based questions used to train AI systems in visual design workflows. * Apply graphic and UI design expertise to ensure prompts and responses reflect real\-world design processes. * Evaluate AI\-generated design outputs for visual quality, aesthetic coherence, and practical relevance. * Translate professional design judgment into clear, structured feedback for AI training and evaluation. * Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to refine prompt quality and design realism. **Requirements** * Strong years of professional experience in graphic design or UI design (UX\-only profiles are not a fit). * Bachelor’s degree in design or a closely related field. * Strong portfolio demonstrating high\-quality visual design work (websites/apps, branding, marketing assets). * Excellent attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with LLMs or generative AI prompting is a plus. * Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment. **Application Process (Takes \~20–25 min):** * Upload resume * Interview (15 min) * Submit form
