Senior Backend Developer (Node.js)

Devart seeks a Senior Backend Developer for Mobion, a cloud-based white-label ride-hailing platform serving 4M+ users across 6+ countries. You will design and maintain scalable backend solutions supporting SaaS and franchise models with Azure infrastructure.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions
• Design and develop secure APIs with optimization of database queries and system performance
• Implement new technologies and engineering practices to optimize development processes
• Define and maintain system architecture, establish design patterns, and ensure technical decisions align with business objectives
• Monitor, analyze, and proactively improve system reliability and performance
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Node.js
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Solid understanding of API design and hands-on experience with RESTful services
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
• Experience with cloud platforms and application deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalents)

Schedule & Location: Hybrid work model with flexible hours. Remote work option or presence at one of 4 offices.
