Senior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients, driving organic traffic and improving search rankings. This role involves managing SEO campaigns, mentoring junior team members, and delivering measurable results across diverse industries.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client and company goals
• Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues, and collaborate with developers on implementation
• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and product pages for maximum search visibility
• Develop content strategies in collaboration with content teams targeting high-value keywords
• Monitor and report on SEO performance with actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with PPC, social, and other digital teams on integrated marketing initiatives
• Mentor and support junior SEO team members, reviewing work and sharing knowledge
• Manage SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results in organic growth
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO
• Expertise with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex SEO concepts clearly
• Experience managing SEO projects from strategy to implementation
• Experience in managing international SEO
