The Vice President of People Performance & Growth will lead strategic talent development initiatives, modernize systems and tools, and ensure the organization has the right capabilities and pipeline for future growth.
What you'll do
Lead enterprise talent development strategy aligned to business priorities; modernize performance management and learning frameworks using AI and analytics; drive adoption of emerging talent management tools; build cohesive leadership development ecosystem; establish talent intelligence framework for data-driven insights; partner on skills architecture for targeted development and internal mobility; curate personalized, technology-enabled learning experiences; provide tools and training for manager and colleague effectiveness; define and track KPIs on engagement, retention, and performance; mentor and develop team members in talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
15+ years progressive experience in talent management, learning, or organizational development in complex regulated industries; strategic mindset with ability to anticipate organizational needs; demonstrated success modernizing talent functions using digital tools and technology; proven ability to design enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable outcomes; strong change leadership skills; deep familiarity with People & Culture technology trends (AI-driven learning, skills taxonomies, predictive analytics); advanced analytical skills using data and behavioral science; advanced influencing and collaboration skills; degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
Conditions
Base salary range $165,000-$185,000 USD annually commensurate with experience; annual bonus eligible based on company and individual performance; generous benefits package; location-based pay adjustments may apply; equal opportunity employer; remote/flexible arrangement not specified.
