Junior Business Analyst

Raiffeisen Bank is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their growing IT team. The role involves creating comprehensive documentation, analyzing system architecture, and collaborating with stakeholders to support project implementation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Create comprehensive documentation including system requirements documents, business process diagrams (BPMN, UML), and technical specifications
• Collaborate with project participants to collect, document, and prioritize business requirements
• Analyze and evaluate current system architecture, identifying areas for improvement
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to ensure data flow supports project objectives
• Analyze system integration points and ensure smooth data exchange between components
• Evaluate potential system solutions and make recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis
• Develop use cases, user stories, and system behavior artifacts
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance and quality
• Assist in change management activities and impact assessments
• Develop templates and quality criteria for analysis artifacts

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or product management
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to formulate high-level technical requirements and specifications
• Proficiency with process visualization tools (Visio, Draw.io)
• Experience in building/rebuilding processes
• High-level communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply
• English language skills (Upper-Intermediate B2 level preferred)
• Completed higher education (specialized education is an advantage)
• Plus: Understanding of financial monitoring processes, BPMN 2.0 and UML knowledge, SQL/Python knowledge, API and web services experience
