Junior Business Analyst
Summary
Raiffeisen Bank is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their growing IT team. The role involves creating comprehensive documentation, analyzing system architecture, and collaborating with stakeholders to support project implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Create comprehensive documentation including system requirements documents, business process diagrams (BPMN, UML), and technical specifications
- Collaborate with project participants to collect, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze and evaluate current system architecture, identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to ensure data flow supports project objectives
- Analyze system integration points and ensure smooth data exchange between components
- Evaluate potential system solutions and make recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis
- Develop use cases, user stories, and system behavior artifacts
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance and quality
- Assist in change management activities and impact assessments
- Develop templates and quality criteria for analysis artifacts
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or product management
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Ability to formulate high-level technical requirements and specifications
- Proficiency with process visualization tools (Visio, Draw.io)
- Experience in building/rebuilding processes
- High-level communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply
- English language skills (Upper-Intermediate B2 level preferred)
- Completed higher education (specialized education is an advantage)
- Plus: Understanding of financial monitoring processes, BPMN 2.0 and UML knowledge, SQL/Python knowledge, API and web services experience
