Summary

Novartis Norge is hiring a Project Manager to oversee and lead projects across multiple departments. The role focuses on planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and compliance standards.

What you'll do

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage project costs
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and report project progress to senior leadership
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
  • Ensure projects comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven project management experience

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Preferred: PMP certification

  • Preferred: Experience managing remote or hybrid teams

  • Preferred: Experience working in fast-paced environments

  • Preferred: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

Conditions

  • Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility based on project needs

  • Work arrangement: Flexible hybrid schedule (remote and on-site as required) for qualified candidates within the United States

  • Compensation: Annual salary $118,000–$128,000; annual performance bonus typically 10–20% of base salary
