The Human Resources Coordinator supports Talent Acquisition and broader HR administrative needs, partnering with hiring managers to manage hiring from requisition through onboarding. The role helps ensure an efficient, compliant, and positive recruitment experience aligned with the company’s mission and values.

What you'll do

  • Partner with hiring managers to create, manage, and maintain requisitions in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Post open roles on internal and external job boards to attract qualified candidates.

  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates and value alignment.

  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

  • Initiate and monitor pre-employment background checks and ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements.

  • Support onboarding logistics, including start date coordination and new hire orientation arrangements.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to support reporting and process improvement.

  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

  • Assist with additional HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives as assigned and provide backup support as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or 1+ year of equivalent experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • HR certification (plus).

  • 1+ years of professional experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.

  • Recruiting or talent acquisition experience (preferred).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • High confidentiality and ethical judgment.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR standards.

Conditions

  • Competitive hourly rate: $28.64/hr to $33.65/hr.
