Human Resources Director
Summary
Jobgether is hiring on behalf of a partner company for a Human Resources Director role within the United States in a fully remote, fast-growing organization. This role leads the full employee experience and talent lifecycle, aligning people strategy with long-term mission and growth while building scalable HR programs and an inclusive culture.
What you'll do
- Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support organizational goals, growth, and culture.
- Partner with senior leadership as a strategic advisor to improve performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Build and maintain scalable HR systems and processes for a high-growth, fully remote environment.
- Manage and continuously improve employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate on compensation strategies to support internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Analyze workforce data, engagement survey results, and retention metrics to identify trends and drive initiatives.
- Foster trust, collaboration, and inclusion; support leaders through change management and organizational evolution.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in high-growth or technology-driven environments.
At least 2 years in an HR Director role (or equivalent leadership position).
Experience building and nurturing organizational culture; capable in employee relations and HR operations.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability; able to design and scale HR processes and programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels and clearly communicate policies.
High emotional intelligence; able to handle sensitive situations, resolve conflicts, and lead through change.
Data-driven approach using metrics, surveys, and feedback to guide HR decisions and show impact.
Strong project management skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
High discretion and integrity with confidential information.
Comfortable working fully remote and adapting to evolving organizational needs.
