Senior Graphic Designer
Summary
Hey Jane is a virtual reproductive and sexual health care company providing safe, discreet, judgment-free care via phone. The Senior Graphic Designer will drive high-velocity creative execution to support a major brand refresh and produce high-impact assets across digital and physical touchpoints. The role helps expand access to abortion care by building an accessible, trusted brand experience.
What you'll do
Execute a major brand identity refresh across all Hey Jane touchpoints, ensuring cohesive and consistent visual expression.
Create and rapidly iterate on assets for key channels, including landing pages, paid/organic social, email marketing, presentations, and printed materials (flyers, posters, guides, merch).
Concept and design visuals for key campaigns and produce multiple directions for testing and iteration.
Own the full design lifecycle from concept and wireframes through final handoff and asset organization.
Collaborate closely with Marketing to create and test assets that drive patient acquisition and community retention.
Provide design support to cross-functional teams (Business, Product, People Ops) via templates and on-brand execution.
Act as the brand’s visual guardian by maintaining high-quality design standards across digital and print outputs.
Optimize creative assets for web speed, accessibility, and social engagement.
Requirements
5+ years of experience with a heavy focus on digital marketing design, particularly website and social media.
Mobile-first design sensibilities and understanding of technical nuances of web and mobile design.
Experience with motion design.
Ability to translate brand strategy into visual identity and own execution from small collateral to large campaigns.
Strong iteration skills, including producing multiple creative directions for A/B testing and pivoting based on performance data and feedback.
Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines without dedicated project management support.
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to translate designs into Canva and Google Slides templates for cross-functional teams.
Accessibility awareness and ability to optimize assets for performance and usability.
Mission alignment and passion for improving access to reproductive health care.
Bonus: experience in a fast-paced startup or consumer-facing company.
Conditions
Fully remote unless otherwise noted; work permitted from CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, and WA.
Compensation: $90k–$110k annual salary plus generous equity.
