Talent Coordinator (Remote)

Constructor.io powers product search and discovery for major retailers and is growing rapidly as a metrics-focused, machine-learning-driven company. The Talent Coordinator (Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer) supports hiring across technical and GTM roles by owning virtual onsite interview scheduling and keeping the recruiting process running smoothly. The role focuses on delivering an efficient workflow and a positive, clear candidate experience end-to-end.

• Manage complex virtual onsite interview scheduling across multiple interviewers and time zones, ensuring timely and clear communication for all parties
• Communicate with candidates throughout scheduling, including confirmations, updates, and rescheduling
• Proactively flag risks, delays, and issues to recruiters to keep hiring moving
• Keep interview stages, scheduling activity, and notes up to date in the ATS
• Follow up on pending actions and surface blockers such as missing feedback or calendar conflicts
• Align closely with recruiters on priorities and upcoming interview volume to prevent bottlenecks
• Support broader recruitment efforts over time, including sourcing and additional recruiting support as needed

• Experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or sourcing (in-house or agency)
• Ability to manage calendars, stakeholders, and interview logistics across time zones
• Clear, professional written communication and comfort working with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Comfort using ATS tools to maintain accurate pipeline and interview-stage records
• Comfort using Slack and staying organised in fast-moving environments
• Availability to work US East Coast hours to cover EMEA and West Coast core hours
