Full-Stack Engineer (PHP/Laravel, React)

Kozak Agency is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in PHP/Laravel and React for a short-term project lasting 2 weeks to 3 months. The role will begin as full-time and transition to part-time, requiring strong English proficiency and immediate availability.

• Build and develop applications using PHP/Laravel and React frameworks
• Lead technical projects and coordinate engineering teams of 3+ engineers
• Mentor and support the professional growth of fellow engineers
• Drive engineering initiatives that impact other teams and the wider organization
• Present technical concepts and join customer calls when needed
• Implement TDD and CI/CD pipeline best practices

• Bachelor's degree in tech or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of professional experience with Laravel and React frameworks
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8
• Upper-intermediate to Advanced English level
• Passion for usability, user experience, and elegant UI design
• Strong track record of leading technical projects and coordinating teams
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving organizational initiatives
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Nice to have: Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps tools knowledge

• Fully remote position
