Summary
e.l.f. Cosmetics (e.l.f. Beauty, Inc.) is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support timely, culture-driven social content across platforms. The role focuses on executing daily publishing and community-first activations while tracking performance and optimizing always-on and campaign content.
What you'll do
- Execute daily scheduled publishing across platforms, including tagging, formatting, and caption uploads.
- Source, request, and coordinate user-generated content (UGC) aligned with campaign needs, product priorities, and engagement strategies.
- Develop social creative briefs and partner with the Creative team to deliver platform-native concepts.
- Support planning and execution of campaigns, launches, and always-on social content with Creative, Brand, and Influencer teams.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, cultural moments, and emerging channels to identify content opportunities and maintain relevance.
- Run social media giveaways and community engagement programs, ensuring compliance and smooth delivery.
- Track and report social performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to optimize content.
- Collaborate with Influencer, Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to align social content with broader initiatives across brands.
Requirements
Based in Los Angeles and available to work in-office 3 days per week.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content coordination (preferred).
Strong awareness of trends and cultural moments; highly engaged with social platforms.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
Imaginative and detail-oriented with passion for beauty and digital storytelling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
Conditions
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
Location: Los Angeles (in-office requirement).
