Summary
The Philadelphia Eagles are seeking an Assistant Producer Seasonal Associate to support the creation of video content across social media, PhiladelphiaEagles.com, and the team’s official mobile app. The role assists Eagles Entertainment with producing, shooting, and editing content to support the organization’s digital storytelling and fan engagement.
What you'll do
Operate cameras and support day-to-day field and studio production operations, including press conferences, practices, interviews, and on-location shoots.
Set up, break down, and maintain production equipment (cameras, audio gear, lighting, and support systems) to ensure efficient shoots.
Collaborate with producers and directors to meet creative and technical requirements during productions.
Support post-production by organizing and managing media assets, logging footage, and maintaining clear project file structures.
Requirements
Recent or upcoming graduate (within the previous 18 months) with a technical, associate, bachelor’s, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025–2026), or discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025–2026).
Creative, enthusiastic, willing to learn, self-driven, and able to exercise independent judgment.
Experience shooting with cinematic cameras in the field.
Proficiency with Adobe Production Suite.
Experience in post-production video editing.
Ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse cultures or backgrounds.
Ability to work a non-standard work week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred: knowledge and enthusiasm for football; advanced Adobe Premiere and After Effects skills; knowledge of lighting, camera shading, and coloring; basic knowledge of audio production.
Conditions
Non-exempt, temporary, seasonal position.
Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
