Strategic Account Manager

Meta is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to lead the Target account and drive Meta’s hardware vision through strong retail partnership and execution.

This role owns customer-level sales strategy, annual planning, and day-to-day account management to achieve sales targets while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize merchandising, marketing investment, and the consumer experience.

• Lead Meta strategy and tactics to achieve account business objectives and sales targets.
• Manage day-to-day account activities and develop an annual strategy for the Target account.
• Define and manage an annual business plan with quarterly activities, resource allocations, and planned retail partner investments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance) to optimize merchandising, marketing investment, product detail pages, and overall consumer experience.
• Own inventory planning and forecast management, ensuring forecast accuracy targets are met while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Leverage sales dashboards and data tools to share account performance and trends.
• Travel as required to meet with internal teams and external partners.

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (including accounts in Mass, Consumer Electronics, Club, or Dotcom channels).
• Knowledge of the Consumer Electronics market, including industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• Proven track record of delivering sales quotas against business plans.
• Ability to manage workload effectively within required timeframes.

• Preferred:

  • Experience working with Target as a partner.

• Compensation: $134,000/year to $195,000/year base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
• Travel required as needed to meet with teams and partners.
