Summary
Miami HEAT is seeking a Coordinator, Partnership Strategy to support the Senior Manager in developing and maintaining sponsorship assets from concept through execution readiness. The role focuses on managing partnership inventory, drafting internal proposals, and creating pitch support materials to strengthen corporate partnership operations.
What you'll do
- Lead proposal operational efforts, including new partner onboarding and ongoing maintenance of the internal marketing inventory management system (Monday.com), ensuring accurate tracking of deliverables, budgets, timelines, and asset data.
- Maintain and format partnership asset inventory across internal platforms; translate conceptual ideas into clearly defined, executable, partner-ready sponsorship assets in partnership with the Senior Manager.
- Support sales pitch development by creating and refining pitch deck visuals and presentation materials to ensure timely delivery when full creative resources are unavailable.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics teams to analyze branded content performance and support integration, tracking, and reporting of partnership assets using tools such as ZOOMPH and Relo.
- Maintain cross-departmental communication with internal stakeholders to streamline information sharing related to asset inventory and deliverables.
- Identify, recommend, and help implement tools, processes, and solutions to enhance sponsorship asset management and support revenue objectives.
- Regularly review and improve inventory systems and structures to ensure accuracy and relevance in a changing digital marketing environment.
- Attend internal meetings prepared to provide status updates on inventory fulfillment, asset performance, and outstanding deliverables.
- Support additional special projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships with understanding of campaign execution and asset management.
- Ability to create visual storytelling assets; experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ZOOMPH, Relo, or other tracking/reporting tools preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong note-taking and prioritization abilities.
- Comfortable with Apple and Microsoft programs.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, motivated, and a strong team player.
