Engagement Manager with experience in AWS Partnerships

Summary

Geniusee is seeking an Engagement Manager with AWS partnership experience to help businesses thrive through tech partnerships and strengthen the engineering community. The role focuses on generating leads, supporting internal teams, and building networks within the AWS ecosystem while working in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

What you'll do

  • Generate referred leads and support internal teams through AWS activities
  • Prepare and submit opportunities via the AWS portal
  • Build and maintain network with AWS representatives
  • Work with AWS partner funding programs (MDF, PoC, MAP, etc.)
  • Prepare client proposals, tenders, and RFP/RFI responses

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as Engagement Manager, Account Manager, Client Partner, or Partnership Manager
  • Strong experience preparing client proposals, tenders, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently in asynchronous environments
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Nice to Have: AWS Partnerships experience, partner engagement and enablement experience, exposure to emerging technical partnerships, basic Generative AI understanding, KPI-driven environment experience
