What you'll do

Execute on filling corporate services, admin, and office support roles from an inundated pipeline; manage both direct hire/permanent placements and contract/temporary staffing assignments; serve as lead executor working alongside the desk director who provides role sourcing and business development support

Requirements

Agency recruiting experience required; proven track record in corporate services, admin, or office support recruitment; ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously; strong closing and negotiation skills

Conditions

Work from home flexibility; base salary $80,000-$120,000; Year 1 OTE $180,000+; Year 2 OTE $250,000-$350,000; 50-60% commission on perm deals ($25,000-$45,000 fees); realistic earning expectations $200,000-$250,000 Year 1, $250,000-$350,000 Year 2; no business development required; zero internal competition
