Site Operations Coordinator

SKIMS is a global apparel brand creating technically innovative underwear, loungewear, shapewear, and essentials. The Site Merchandising & Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day site readiness by ensuring products are live, content is accurate, and merchandising updates are executed smoothly. This role partners with Merch, Planning, Creative, and Product to support launches and high-volume site changes.

• Support daily and weekly site merchandising updates across homepage, navigation, and category pages
• Assist with product setup and readiness including SKU and inventory validation, tagging, metafields, and on-site placement
• Manage site updates tied to launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
• QA site content for accuracy across product information, pricing, imagery, and messaging
• Provide occasional early-morning or late-night support during major launches or time-sensitive updates
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep timelines on track and flag issues early
• Maintain internal trackers and documentation to support site operations workflows
• Monitor basic site performance and help identify issues or opportunities
• Support testing and learning initiatives related to merchandising and site experience

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, site operations, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and comfort partnering across teams
• Interest in online shopping behavior and digital experience
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, or analytics tools is a plus (not required)

• Location: Los Angeles HQ
