Entry-level Account Manager

Bisnow is a leading B2B media platform serving the commercial real estate industry through news, events, marketing, recruiting, and sales enablement tools. The Entry-level Account Manager (internally titled Account Delivery Manager) supports Client Success by ensuring sponsorship and digital/event inventory is delivered seamlessly and clients have an excellent experience.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all client-purchased inventory is delivered seamlessly
• Execute post-sale delivery to meet and exceed client expectations
• Serve as a key point of contact for event sponsorship clients alongside Sales Executives and Client Success Managers
• Manage post-sale deliverables by collecting required collateral (e.g., photo, bio, logo, ad creative)
• Prepare sponsors for events (confirm attendee lists, provide setup instructions, gather shipping details)
• Prepare clients for ad/content campaigns (confirm run dates, deadlines, and ad specifications)
• Communicate client needs across ad delivery, event coordination, sales, production, and accounting teams
• Follow up after events and digital ad placements to ensure a strong client experience
• Analyze event feedback and ensure action items are followed up
• Contribute ideas to improve digital and event series and enhance attendee/client experience
• Share client feedback internally to improve Bisnow performance
• Build relationships that support ongoing account growth

• Exposure to a sales environment (in school or work)
• Exposure to an event planning environment
• Some experience with analytics and/or inventory
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship

• Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office
• Office address: 1875 Century Park E, Los Angeles, CA 90067
• Travel: average 2–3 days per month to various West Coast cities
