Marketing Coordinator (100% Remote)
Summary
ClearCaptions (promoted via Lensa) is an FCC-certified telephone captioning provider focused on improving communication for seniors and people who are hard-of-hearing. The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing programs and operational processes, keeping campaigns organized and assets delivered on time. The role partners with cross-functional teams and vendors to maintain smooth marketing workflows in a fully remote environment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online/offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track project milestones, flag risks, and ensure materials and creative assets are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and team documentation.
- Support development of project briefs and collaborate on asset production.
- Manage file organization, naming conventions, version control, and brand compliance for marketing assets.
- Assist in reviewing creative/content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Facilitate collaboration on strategy, copywriting, design, and development; support proofreading, production of materials, and UAT as needed.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production, and other content creation needs.
- Distribute updated materials to internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Experience, Product).
- Work with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal to support ongoing projects and stakeholder alignment.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up notes.
Requirements
Education: HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of marketing coordination, project support, or administrative experience preferred.
Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision; excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and tools such as Microsoft 365/Office Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Figma; proficiency with modern virtual communication tools (e.g., MS Teams).
Knowledge: Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
Work style: Self-starter, strong time management, collaborative, able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
Other: Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
Conditions
Work arrangement: 100% remote (home-based).
Schedule: May require flexible hours.
Travel: Up to 5% travel, including some overnight travel.
Compensation: $22–$27 per hour (final based on qualifications, experience, and business needs).
