Summary
ClearCaptions (promoted via Lensa) is an FCC-certified telephone captioning provider focused on helping seniors and people who are hard-of-hearing stay connected through near real-time phone captioning technology.
The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing programs by keeping projects organized, coordinating creative assets and vendors, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across teams.
What you'll do
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online/offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track milestones, flag risks, and ensure campaign materials are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and team documentation.
- Support development of project briefs and collaborate with teams on asset production.
- Manage asset file organization, naming conventions, versioning, and brand compliance.
- Assist in reviewing creative/content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Facilitate collaboration on strategy, copywriting, design, and development; support proofreading, production of marketing materials, and UAT support while maintaining brand consistency.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production, and other content creation efforts as needed.
- Distribute updated marketing materials to internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Experience, Product).
- Work with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal to support projects and stakeholder alignment.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up notes.
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years of marketing coordination, project support, or administrative experience preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management; able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach; able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
Tools:
- Project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Microsoft 365/Office Suite; modern virtual communication tools (e.g., MS Teams).
- Salesforce, SharePoint, Figma (experience preferred).
Work eligibility:

- Willingness/ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 5% (including some overnight travel).
