Social Media Coach & Content Strategist

Abundance Incubator is a creator accelerator and social shopping media network helping health and beauty creators scale through short-form video and TikTok Shop. The Social Media Coach & Content Strategist will lead the creator community and oversee the creative direction of short-form content to improve quality and alignment with a viral content framework.

• Create structured feedback videos on submitted creator content, focusing on narrative structure, visual hooks, and call-to-action effectiveness.
• Manage daily operations of the creator community, facilitate professional discussions, and maintain a supportive, brand-focused environment.
• Plan and lead group coaching calls covering trending content, live feedback, and viral video examples.
• Run structured coaching sessions to improve filming technique, scriptwriting, and on-camera presence.
• Research and share viral content to inspire creators and inform content direction.

• Experience in content strategy, creative direction, or talent management within social media.
• Ability to deliver constructive criticism and mentorship, clearly explaining the reasoning behind creative decisions.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, especially content that drives purchasing behavior through authentic storytelling.
• Proven experience managing groups or communities with an emphasis on professional development and brand consistency.
• Strong eye for visual composition and pacing.
• Ability to translate brand objectives into engaging creative concepts.
• High emotional intelligence to manage diverse creator personalities.
• Disciplined approach to feedback and community moderation.
