Regional Account Manager, LinkedIn Talent Solutions

The Regional Account Manager supports LinkedIn Talent Solutions within the Global Clients Program by growing and maintaining relationships with strategic global customers. The role focuses on driving renewals and new investments by recommending solutions across Talent, Learning, and Glint aligned to customer business and talent objectives.
What you'll do
- Develop territory and strategic account plans with the Global Client Director (GCD) to deliver growth.
- Apply solutions expertise across LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Learning, and Glint offerings.
- Plan and prioritize weekly activities, meetings, and account focus to pursue the largest opportunities.
- Conduct detailed discovery to understand customer business needs and objectives.
- Proactively grow accounts off-cycle through new solution sales, add-ons, renewals, and securing customer commitment.
- Build relationships with economic buyers and advisors through trainings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Create custom presentations and demonstrations based on customer-defined objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with global account teams and maintain customer-focused communication.
- Close orders with long-term investment in mind and provide post-contract support to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
- Use CRM to track activity and maintain accurate forecasting and sales operational rigor.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing, quota-carrying experience in sales, account management, relationship management, or similar roles.
- Ability to understand complex requirements and craft custom solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience selling to executive stakeholders (EVPs/CXOs) and end-users within the same sales cycle.
- Experience with solution selling to global/multi-national customers and complex organizational structures.
- Experience closing new business and managing existing accounts.
- Ability to translate data and insights into clear, relevant customer narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and execute sales plans and lead with solutions to customer problems.
Conditions
Work model: Hybrid (performed from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days based on business needs).
Compensation: Pay range stated as $171,000 to $260,000 OTE; total compensation may include annual performance bonus, stock, and benefits.
