Sales & Education Advisor - Orlando, FL (Freelance)

ILIA Beauty is a clean, skin-centric beauty brand focused on safe, high-performance formulas. The Sales & Education Advisor (Freelance) supports ILIA’s in-store presence in the Orlando area by driving sales, educating retail teams, and elevating the client experience.

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, event support, and relationship building.
• Coordinate store visit schedules with the manager and execute plans tied to sales goals and corporate initiatives.
• Create and maintain a monthly calendar to support focus stores and sales targets.
• Partner with store and brand field leadership to support successful new store openings.
• Educate store teams on hero products to improve recommendations and increase retail sales.
• Train retail associates and freelancers on brand products and selling skills that drive sales and loyalty.
• Track and monitor event sales impact and propose innovative tactics to improve retail results.
• Activate the store visit calendar and document post-visit recaps, successes, opportunities, and action plans in T-Sheets.
• Provide detailed weekly business recaps including opportunities, callouts, and celebrations.
• Maintain regular communication with the manager via status calls and prepared updates.
• Communicate brand opportunities with store leadership and escalate stock concerns as needed.

• Reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
• Currently live in the Orlando metropolitan territory listed in the posting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hours.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Preferred: 1+ years of Sephora training and selling experience with established relationships.
• Preferred: Passion for the clean beauty category.

• Compensation: base rate $25–$28 per hour (offer varies by skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
