Jr Social & Brand Content Producer

Summary

Avondale Equities is hiring a Jr Social & Brand Content Producer to support content production and marketing execution across its luxury hospitality portfolio, including Casaléna and Avondale Hospitality properties. This hands-on role partners closely with the Creative Director to produce, edit, publish, and organize content while supporting PR outreach and marketing logistics.

What you'll do

  • Edit Instagram Reels and TikTok content using Adobe Premiere and/or InShot (or similar) and build compelling short-form edits with strong hooks and pacing.
  • Extract engaging soundbites from interviews/voiceovers and create dynamic, story-driven edits; add text overlays, captions, music, and transitions aligned with brand aesthetic.
  • Deliver fast-turnaround edits, including same-day event content when needed; repurpose long-form footage into short-form assets.
  • Film on-site at restaurant, nightlife, and event activations; capture elevated, brand-aligned photo and video content while maintaining luxury hospitality visual standards.
  • Execute shot lists provided by the Creative Director.
  • Design social media graphics and story assets in Canva; create promotional graphics for events, menus, and announcements; resize/format assets for multiple platforms while maintaining cohesive visual identity.
  • Draft and send PR outreach emails to influencers, media, and partners; maintain outreach lists and track communications; coordinate influencer visits and content approvals; organize press materials and digital asset folders.
  • Format, schedule, and publish social posts; assist with caption writing; maintain the content calendar; monitor engagement and flag notable performance trends; pull basic performance metrics.
  • Design and send branded email newsletters via Mailchimp; update imagery and content on Squarespace websites; maintain consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain structured Google Drive file systems; organize photo/video archives by date, event, and campaign; implement clear naming conventions and ensure assets are accessible and properly stored.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in content production and/or social media marketing.
  • Strong portfolio of short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
  • Strong Canva skills.
  • Comfortable filming content on iPhone and/or DSLR.
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, nightlife, or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events as needed.
