The Creator Marketing Manager develops and executes influencer and Social Editorial campaigns across entertainment verticals to build communities and drive measurable performance across key platforms.
What you'll do
- Support the Social Editorial program to build film and entertainment communities across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Manage inbound and outbound creator outreach, identifying and engaging film enthusiasts, fan accounts, and entertainment-adjacent creators aligned with campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with Instagram-first film community accounts and apply strong knowledge of platform culture, aesthetics, and community behavior
- Identify emerging entertainment voices on TikTok and secure timely, culturally relevant content placements
- Support YouTube creator relationships for longer-form editorial content (e.g., reviews, reactions, fandom storytelling)
- Act as day-to-day client-facing contact for Social Editorial campaigns, sharing placement opportunities, creator updates, and performance insights
- Research, identify, and evaluate creators aligned with client objectives and target audiences
- Develop and maintain creator relationships, negotiate partnerships, and secure collaboration opportunities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing creators, managing content delivery, and tracking performance
- Review creator contracts and lead redline changes
- Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain best practices
- Manage campaign budgets, track spend accurately, and ensure timely influencer payments
- Facilitate partnerships among creators, clients, and brands to enable cross-promotion
- Collaborate with creative teams on content ideas aligned with client goals
- Lead brainstorms and support pitch deck creation and presentations
- Track and analyze KPIs; prepare reports and presentations with results, insights, and recommendations
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve performance and ROI
- Serve as a primary client point of contact and coordinate with account, creative, and social teams to deliver strong service
- Foster relationships with external partners including creators, talent agencies, and representatives
- Provide guidance to coordinators and supporting team members; work with the Global Creator team to prioritize and delegate
- Represent the company at trade and industry events and model internal office/business management processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer, creator, or entertainment marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong passion for film, TV, and entertainment culture with an understanding of fandom communities and engagement drivers
- Experience working with entertainment-focused social communities (e.g., fan accounts, film TikTok, cinephile spaces)
- Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including differences in content culture and community behavior
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable negotiating placements and managing ongoing creator relationships
- Authentic relationship-builder able to connect with creators, fans, and partners at all levels
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment; able to adjust tone and build trust over time
- Ability to review contracts and lead redline changes
- Ability to analyze KPIs and produce client-ready reports and presentations
