Marketing Coordinator (100% Remote)
Summary
ClearCaptions (promoted via Lensa) provides FCC-certified near real-time phone captioning services and technology to help seniors and hard-of-hearing individuals communicate more independently. The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns by keeping projects organized, coordinating partners, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
What you'll do
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online/offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track milestones, flag risks, and ensure campaign materials are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and team documentation.
- Support creation of project briefs and coordinate asset production with internal teams and vendors.
- Manage file organization, naming conventions, version control, and brand compliance for creative assets.
- Review creative/content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Facilitate collaboration on strategy, copywriting, design, and development; provide support such as proofreading and UAT.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production, and other content creation needs as required.
- Distribute updated materials to internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Experience, Product).
- Work with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal to support ongoing projects and stakeholder alignment.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up notes.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in marketing coordination, project support, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and collaboration/productivity tools (Microsoft 365/Office Suite, MS Teams); familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, Figma.
Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time-management skills; self-starter able to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to collaborate in a results-driven, team-oriented environment; discretion and confidentiality.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 5% (including some overnight).
Work authorization: must be authorized to work in the US without current/future visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $22–$27/hour (final based on qualifications, experience, and business needs); benefits available via total rewards program.
