Summary

Angel City Football Club is building a purpose-driven, world-class organization that uses sport to drive equity. The Vice President of Ticketing will lead the club’s ticketing strategy and oversee ticket sales and service teams across key product lines to grow long-term fan value and revenue.

What you'll do

  • Own the club’s ticketing business across season ticket memberships, premium seating, group sales, and long-term ticket revenue strategy.

  • Develop and execute the annual ticketing business plan including forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, product mix, and sales targets.

  • Lead dynamic pricing, yield management, and inventory strategy to maximize attendance, accessibility, and revenue.

  • Build and execute long-term season member growth, retention, and upgrade strategy focused on fan lifetime value.

  • Serve as business owner of ticketing CRM strategy and pipeline management in partnership with Data Strategy & Insights.

  • Partner with Marketing to shape single match ticket strategy, aligning campaigns to demand generation and conversion performance.

  • Translate fan insights into actionable sales, pricing, and product strategies.

  • Build and lead a high-performing ticket sales and service team focused on renewals, retention, and member experience.

  • Manage relationships with ticketing partners (e.g., Ticketmaster, LAFC, Legends, SuitePro) and collaborate with stadium ticket operations to deliver a seamless matchday experience.

  • Provide forecasting, insights, and strategic recommendations to the Chief Revenue Officer and contribute to broader commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in ticket sales, service, and revenue strategy within sports or live entertainment.

  • Proven success leading and scaling high-performing ticket sales and service teams.

  • Expertise in ticketing systems, inventory management, pricing strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning.

  • Experience leveraging CRM and data insights to drive fan acquisition, conversion, and retention.

  • Experience with Archtics or similar ticketing platforms (preferred).

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

  • Entrepreneurial, growth mindset and willingness to lead from the front when needed.

  • No degree required.

  • Passion for women’s sports and belief in the growth potential of the NWSL and women’s sports overall.

Conditions

  • Base salary range: $160,000–$190,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
