Summary
Revlon is a global beauty company with an iconic portfolio across color cosmetics, skincare, hair care, personal care, and fragrances. The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager, GTM (Eye) supports the Manager/Senior Manager in developing and executing go-to-market strategy to grow the Revlon Color Cosmetics Eye business. The role blends analytics and creativity to deliver on-time marketing initiatives that drive category share, sales, and profit.
What you'll do
- Implement marketing activities “on time and in full” according to the marketing calendar.
- Own performance tracking, reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the assigned segment; build and manage trackers with cross-functional teams.
- Develop category expertise through ongoing analysis, consumer insights, and monitoring of category dynamics and competitors.
- Support end-to-end display development and ensure consistent brand messaging across in-store, retail environments, and eCommerce.
- Partner with Retail Experience to deliver in-store graphics and messaging aligned to brand priorities.
- Conduct competitive analysis of innovation and seasonal promotions; recommend growth opportunities and tactical actions.
- Lead analysis to identify white spaces, new opportunities, and insights.
- Track competitive launch activations and support optimization of brand launch activations.
- Support unique marketing ideas and trade marketing initiatives.
- Assist in building seasonal retailer meeting decks and coordinate needs for retailer meetings (including logistics support).
- Track vendor invoices for monthly budget reconciliation; assist with forecasting builds and maintain the marketing budget tracker.
- Collaborate with sales, trade, IBP, and demand planning to develop support plans and improve forecast accuracy.
- Support briefing internal partners on marketing programs and assets across activation and media channels.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and preparation/tracking of reports and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of CPG marketing experience preferred; beauty and/or personal care experience is a plus.
- Core skills: Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Project skills: Project management, extreme attention to detail, strong organization, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint); Power BI, Circana, and/or Nielsen preferred.
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship (no sponsorship/transfer available).
Conditions
- Work model: Hybrid; expected to work from the New York office 3 days per week and remotely the remaining days.
- Compensation: Base pay range $80,000–$100,000 per year; may be eligible for short-term incentives.
