Marketing Assistant

**Job Type** : 3\-month contract **Compensation** : $15\-20 per hour **Location** : Remote *Please note contractor may work 20\-40 hours per week, pending project workload/needs* Our large nonprofit client is looking for a **marketing assistant** to support their brand social media team. **Responsibilities** * Assist the social media team in the maintenance and updating of social media channel documentation * Update materials to support the evaluation, including online/email survey, checklists, and reports * Assist with updating Power Point presentations, internal research and Excel files **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent * 1\-3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or social media role * 1\+ year experience using enterprise social media tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc. * Professional experience collecting and organizing data, performing research and writing reports * Clear understanding of social media analytics and deriving insights from data * Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
